This an 11 days combined beach and safari holiday, that start with a city excursion to major attractions in Nairobi, then a game watching safari to Masai Mara and Amboseli national park, and finally ending relaxing on a sunny beach; enjoying various Spa treatment and water sport activities at Nyali beach.

On this day you will be picked at the airport or on an agreed venue in Nairobi, briefed about your honeymoon and then transferred to The Boma Hotel; on arrival you will check in, have lunch and a brief rest. In the afternoon you will have a relaxing city tour; visiting David Sheldrick Elephant orphanage to watch young orphan elephants and Giraffe Center to watch the Rothschild giraffe.
David Sheldricks Elephant Orphanage and the Giraffe center are conservation projects and wildlife trust where people get to view animals at a closer proximity and learn about them. They take young orphan elephants, giraffe and rhinos; take care of them until they are enough then release back to the national parks.
After breakfast, you will have a 4 hours drive through the Great Rift Valley to the famous Masai Mara; on arrival, you will be driven to Mara Intrepids Camp for lunch and a brief rest, then have an evening game drive. Mara Intrepids is situated in a peaceful setting along the Terek River; it’s surrounded by large trees and have beautiful view over the savannah. The Camp has a perfect view of the great migration; they offer romantic bush dinner/breakfast for couples and families, walking safaris, an adventure club that teach kids about animals, the local traditions and survival skills.
The following day, you will have a morning game drive that will extend to Mara River to watch the great Migration, crocodiles, hippos, birds and other lesser wildlife in the area; then return to the Camp for lunch and a brief rest, in the afternoon you have a guided nature walk through the wilderness to watch more wildlife. Masai Mara is well known for the great wildebeest migration across the savannah, animals migrate from Serengeti national park in Tanzania to Masai Mara in search of new grazing land, this cycle happens every year between July/August and October/November; the great part of the cycle is when the wildebeest are crossing the Mara river where the Lions, cheetah, Jackal, Hyenas and Crocodiles wait on one side for the prey and millions of wildebeest wait on the other side for the right time to cross, this creates a lifetime opportunity for photographers and something new for the kids to learn about.
On the fourth day; you will start with a hot air balloon flight, flying you over the park to watch wildlife and the beautiful landscapes; on landing, the tour guide will drive you through the park to a nicely set private bush breakfast, then proceed with the drive to the Masai villages for a cultural tour; here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local Masai people, learn about their unique culture and way of living, entertain you with traditional songs, engage you in some activities like; spear throwing, milking cows and goats using their traditional methods and taking photographs with them.
On this day you will wake up early, have breakfast, check out and drive to Amboseli National Park, stopping at Carnival Restaurant in Nairobi for lunch and a brief rest, then proceed with the drive to Amboseli. On arrival, you will drive through the wildlife conservancy to Tortilis Safari Camp, where you will spend the rest of the day admiring the beautiful Mount Kilimanjaro and the waterhole that can be seen from your private balcony. Tortilis is a small safari lodge nestled in a quiet area south of Amboseli national park, overlooking a busy waterhole with plenty of wildlife and the famous Mount Kilimanjaro. The camp is nicely set with additional family tents that can accommodate families, small group of friends and honeymooners.
The following day, you will wake up early and try to catch a good view of the mountain's peak, then head for a morning game drive, extending the drive to Amboseli observation hill and the swamp area to view more wild animals, then return to the Camp for a late lunch and a brief rest. In the evening, you will go for a birds watching nature walk, then return to the camp for dinner. Amboseli National Park lies at the north west of Mt. Kilimanjaro, on the Kenyan and Tanzania border, its a famous park; well known for its large herds of elephants, beautiful landscapes and stunning view of Mount Kilimanjaro
On this day, After breakfast; you will drive through the park, watching more wildlife then to proceed to Mombasa, on arrival; you will head straight to Voyager Beach Resort on Nyali beach where you will spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach and enjoying various Spa treatments, as you familiarize yourself with the area.
The following day will be left on you, to relax and dust off from the safari drive; you would either choose to relax in the hotel enjoying various Spa treatments and amenities, or on the beach, by the pool side or engage in any of the water activities on offer. Nyali beach is the closest beach to Mombasa town, situated on the northern coast; it’s a busy beach with plenty of beach activities, restaurants, shops, accommodation and a superb nightlife. It’s an ideal holiday destination for young people, groups of friends and young couples.
On the ninth day, you will have a morning city excursion; visiting major attractions in Mombasa which include visiting Fort Jesus, Haller Park, famous museums and temples, the Mwembe Tayari open-air market, the local bazaars and the old town. Mombasa is the second-largest city in Kenya, a beautiful beach city with a very rich cultural and historical background, that dates back to the 16th Century; it's a popular tourist destination with luxury accommodation, beautiful beaches and plenty of attractions.
The following morning, you will have a sailing trip to the Island; where you will try out your fishing skills as you watch dolphins, birds, turtles and other marine life; and if you are more adventurous, you will be free to surf, snorkel or swim with dolphins. The evening will be left on you to relax and enjoy any of the lodge facilities and luxury services. Voyager Beach Resort is a popular all inclusive beach resort that is well designed to offer comfort and total relaxation, it has a wide range of facilities for families, couples and honeymooners.
Enjoy one last breakfast at Voyager Beach Resort before you are transferred to Moi international airport for your return flight.
