This a three days safari tour to watch the great Migration at Masai Mara, this tour is scheduled to take place between 15 July and 15th September, on this period the migration is usually along Mara River and on the open plains of Masai Mara national reserve. The wildebeest migration is a spectacular natural event that attracts millions of tourists to Serengeti eco system in Tanzania and Masai Mara in Kenya.
Note: This itinerary can be adjusted to suit your personal request; it can be extended with a few days to explore the entire Masai Mara national reserve, Lake Nakuru national park, Amboseli national park, Samburu national park or head south for a beach vacation at Diani Beach.

On this day, you will be picked from the airport or on an agreed venue in Nairobi, briefed about the safari itinerary and then transferred to Wilson Airport to catch your scheduled flight to Masai Mara.
On arrival you will be received by our representative, who will drive you through the park watching wildlife to Mara Serena Lodge for lunch and a brief rest; at around 3 pm you will have tea/coffee/juice with some snacks then go for an evening game drive. Masai Mara is without a doubt one of the top wildlife national parks in Africa, it's home to thousands of wildlife that include all the ‘Big Five’, the famous wildebeest migration, hundreds of bird species and beautiful landscapes.
Mara Serena lodge is a beautiful lodge located within the Mara Triangle section of the greater Masai Mara National Reserve; it's strategically set on a hilltop overlooking the rolling open plains and the beautiful woodlands full of wildlife, it’s an ideal destination for wildlife watching holiday, guided nature walks, hot air balloon flights and cultural interaction tour.
On this Day after breakfast, you will leave the lodge with a packed picnic lunch for a whole day tour of the great migration, our tour guide; will guide you through major attraction in Masai Mara, watching thousands of wildebeest, thousands of Zebras, Antelopes, Giraffes, all the Big five, over 400 bird species among other wildlife in Mara.
On your last day, you will have a morning game drive down to the River to watch more wildlife migration, and then return to the Lodge for lunch and a brief rest, before driving to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi.
