This a three days safari tour to watch the great Migration at south Serengeti, this tour is scheduled to take place between 15th January to 31st March, on this period the migration is usually south of Serengeti and is also the wildebeest calving period. The wildebeest migration is a spectacular natural event that attracts millions of tourists to Serengeti Eco system in Tanzania and Masai Mara in Kenya.
Note: This itinerary can be adjusted to suit your personal request; it can be extended with a few days to explore the entire Serengeti national reserve, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara and Tarangire national park.
This a three days safari tour, tracking down the great migration in South Serengeti national reserve; this tour is scheduled to take place between 15th January to 31st March, when the migration is expected to be in south Serengeti. This tour begins by driving from Arusha to south Serengeti; where you will spend the next two days tracking down the wildebeest, thousands of Zebras, Antelopes, Giraffes, all the Big five and over 400 bird species, among other wildlife in Serengeti.

On this day you will be picked from the airport or on an agreed venue in Arusha, briefed about your safari itinerary and driven to Olduvai Camp in south Serengeti, on the way; you will have a brief stop at the Olduvai Gorge, a beautiful gorge where the Homo Habilis were first discovered.
On arrival at Olduvai Camp you will check in, have lunch and a brief rest before heading for your first evening game drive. Olduvai Camp is small, simple safari camp located in south Serengeti, a great camp for families and small groups.
On this Day after breakfast, you will leave the camp with a packed picnic lunch for a whole day tour of the great migration, our tour guide; will guide you through major attraction south of Serengeti, watching thousands of wildebeest on their calving period, thousands of Zebras, Antelopes, Giraffes, all the Big five, over 400 bird species among other wildlife in Serengeti.
On your last day, you will have a morning game drive down to the River to watch more wildlife migration, and then return to the camp for lunch and a brief rest, before driving back to Arusha, for your evening flight back home.
