This a day tour of Lake Naivasha. Driving from Nairobi through the beautiful escapements, down to Lake Naivasha Country Club; where you will spend the day on Lake excursion to watch birds, hippos, giraffes, antelopes, monkeys among other wildlife. its a great place for family weekend getaways, group day trips, team buildings and leisure.
This is a one day tour of Lake Naivasha, driving from Nairobi to Lake Naivasha Country Club; here you will have a boat trip, visiting major attractions on Lake, then have a short lunch break before going for an afternoon game drive to Hell's Gate national park. Major attraction on this itinerary include watching hundreds of bird species, hippos, giraffes, antelopes, monkeys, Hell's Gate cliffs and gorges, the hot springs and Olkaria Geothermal Station.
On this day, you will be picked at an agreed venue in Nairobi and driven to Naivasha Country Club; on arrival, you will check in, have a brief rest and some refreshments. Then you will have a boat Lake Excursion; taking you through major attraction on the lake, watching different bird species, crocodiles, hippos and other lesser wildlife. After that, you will return to the lodge for lunch and a brief rest; in the afternoon, you will have a two hours game drive at Hell's Gate National Park,then you will be driven back to Nairobi.
Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake located just outside Naivasha town; it’s part of the Great Rift Valley. Attractions includes boat riding across the lake to watch bird species, hippos, monkeys; playing golf, hiking, horse riding, fishing, cycling, camping among others.
Hell’s Gate National Park covers an area of 68.25 square km and is situated in the environs of Lake Naivasha, it has a diverse topography and geological scenery that includes cliffs, a spectacular gorge, hot springs and a Geothermal Station. The major activities in this park include hiking, camping, rock climbing, biking, bird watching and wildlife viewing.
