Civil Ceremonies can be held at the local Registrar's Office or any other venue as long as it has a Special License.
There are a number of different types of Religious Ceremony, which are recognized under Kenyan law.
In addition to the basic requirements above, an Anglican church wedding would require a Certificate of Baptism and a Letter from your local parish indicating that the bride and groom have fulfilled all the church requirements and they have no objection to the marriage.

In addition to the basic requirements above, A Muslim wedding would require both the bride and groom be Muslims and if they just converted they must produce a conversion certificate with the details of the person that converted them and the father or brother of the bride must be present at the ceremony.
